He is also very known lyricist and Author and one such known book The Making of Ladli Laxmi Yojna which later was taken in action by Government of Madhya Pradesh planned by Mr. P Narahari. This scheme inspired many different states who gave there own names and one such is Beti Bachao , Beti Padhao Yojana. He is among the rare professional officers to be credited as Publicity Advisor to three successive Government of different parties. His work to make Gwalior Disable Friendly is also mentioned in the show Satyamev Jayate by Aamir Khan.
