You can quickly and easily go from struggle, lack and anxiety this year, to unshakeable peace and freely enjoy life exactly how you would like it. 

I would encourage you to write down 2-3 things you have struggled for but would like to receive for free this year. You could say, “It feels so free and peaceful to enjoy effortless energy and health. It feels so peaceful and wonderful to enjoy more than ______ (fill in the blank with how much money you would like every month) cash flow every month.” 

Now, simply see if there are any negative feelings or doubt or anxiousness that come up. This doesn't take a lot of time or naval gazing. Just allow any thoughts or feelings that don't feel good to come up. You can say within yourself, “I allow those feelings of fear and anxiety to come up. Everything is OK.” Those thoughts and feelings are not your true nature. Thoughts and feelings are simply energy that will flow out of you. It doesn't take a long time. You will be surprised how much better you feel in a short period of time.
