I will share the story of the three freediving blackouts I've had during my career. All three were mistakes that I made, and should not have made. Most of my time as a competitive freediver my approach to competition was not healthy nor productive. Learn from my mistakes and do things the right way! You will also hear the story of how I went head to head against William Trubridge at the world championships. Freediving is supposed to be fun, if it's not, do something else!
