Carole brings on Melanie Seeley, PT and owner Pranamix Physical Therapy who is currently completing a doctorate degree at UNC chapel  hill with a focus on the use of mindfulness based exercises to treat chronic pain and they have collaborated together for a 3 part series to hopefully help anyone who has suffered from pain (AKA everyone). This is a continuation of an episode Carole did in 2023 with Melanie Seeley on the Yoga of Pain. They had a great response to the episode and decided to create a 3 part series to help people further understand and apply these practices to their life.
