Everything we desire is available to us right now, and it is our inheritance. It has our name on it. But the way we unlock it and open ourselves to receive the flow of it into our lives is to activate our nervous system receptor sites to actually call it in. That means we have to remove the blocks between what we want and our current lived experience. And the way we do that is to feel safe – to embody a sense of safety in this present moment instead of continuing to wait to feel safe and secure when our circumstances feel safe and secure enough. Part 3 of this series of unlocking abundance focuses on how to discover and transform our unconscious beliefs that signal to our body that something is safe or if it is a threat. By recognizing our deepest unconscious beliefs, we can determine where our mind and therefore the energy in our body via our nervous system is in resistance to us being able to attract and receive what we want most!

She explains that these beliefs, often rooted in childhood experiences, can manifest as self-defeating thoughts and behaviors that hinder our progress. By examining conflicts between unconscious and conscious desires, listeners learn that fear often underlies resistance to pursuing their goals. The episode introduces the "Deepest Fear Inventory" exercise, a practical tool for identifying and releasing these limiting beliefs. Participants write down their fears associated with their desires and process them, helping to break the hold of these outdated beliefs and create space for new possibilities.
