#032 Creating a life on your own terms - navigating chronic health conditions, reducing stress on the road, and the power of creating a lifestyle that supports you with Indie from @onthefreeside

Have you ever struggled with your health on the road? Mental or physical. Or know someone who has?

In this episode I am chatting with Indie from @onthefreeside, all about her journey with navigating a chronic condition while travelling full time. This episode is about the power of lifestyle, reducing stress and living a life on your terms.

Indie is a wandering soul who started travelling in high school by taking herself to Africa. Her travels took her all the way to Australia, where she began really struggling with her health. After many doctor appointments and advocating for herself, she was diagnosed with endometriosis. But she didn’t let that stop her. Instead, she learnt how to navigate surgeries, medications and appointments, all while living her best life in a van travelling around Europe - and now building a tiny home in the Swedish woods.

Whether you are navigating health or mental health on the road or know someone who is - this is the episode for you!

PS. this episode was recorded a few months ago. Since then, Indie and Joel have moved into their house in the Swedish woods and are travelling part-time experiencing winter van life in Sweden. For more, follow their adventures over @onthefreeside

PS.  If you have loved this episode, we would be so grateful if you could leave us a review - let us know what you thought (and don't forget to SUBSCRIBE to get notified of future episodes + show your support).  Intro music: Acoustic Folk Instrumental by Hyde
