My guest today on Everyday Heroes survived one of the U.K.'s worst train incidents in history. It was believed that she would not make it because of the serious injuries she sustained in the disaster. Not only did she survive, with the help and dedication of her medical team and family plus her own determination, but she also became the public face to the lead the charge of survivors against the government and train commission for rail safety. She wrote a book, "From Behind the Mask", about her life and ordeal. Very thankful to have Pam Warren, International Public Speaker and Leadership Trainer, as today's guest.
