Taking a special focus on his connection to the original Boy Wonder, Dick Grayson AKA Nightwing, we explore this example to examine how important media and films can be when true representation is lacking, and we discuss how these stories/ characters can serve a range of functions for folks who are navigating different aspects of their identities.
