I experience this multiple times a day! I meet someone and introduce myself as a Real Estate professional. The usual response I get back is "I've always wanted to do real estate". Then, they proceed to tell me about a "deal" that "looks good". Fast forward, a year later when I meet that same person again and ask if they bought that "deal", the answer is almost always - "no I didn't". This is followed with a host of excuses. My podcast will explore interesting business transactions with a focus on how much income was generated along with the best "do it yourself" steps.

Many of us neglect to consider that our healthy 401k can be used to invest in real estate. It is a very viable option to self-direct our retirement funds in to an asset where we have the benefits of control, leverage, cash-flow and of course the tax write-offs.
