I experience this multiple times a day! I meet someone and introduce myself as a Real Estate professional. The usual response I get back is "I've always wanted to do real estate". Then, they proceed to tell me about a "deal" that "looks good". Fast forward, a year later when I meet that same person again and ask if they bought that "deal", the answer is almost always - "no I didn't". This is followed with a host of excuses. My podcast will explore interesting business transactions with a focus on how much income was generated along with the best "do it yourself" steps.

Imagine working for 30+ years with the hopes of a comfortable retirement, only to find out moments before you retire that there was a significant market hit. This market hit rendered your retirements savings less than half of its original value. The thought of this scares me and that is one of the main reasons I diversified my "retirement" portfolio to include vehicles such as income-real-estate where I have more control.
