I experience this multiple times a day! I meet someone and introduce myself as a Real Estate professional. The usual response I get back is "I've always wanted to do real estate". Then, they proceed to tell me about a "deal" that "looks good". Fast forward, a year later when I meet that same person again and ask if they bought that "deal", the answer is almost always - "no I didn't". This is followed with a host of excuses. My podcast will explore interesting business transactions with a focus on how much income was generated along with the best "do it yourself" steps.

Can Kids Invest in Real Estate?

For a moment, lets think about how different our lives would be if we had started investing in multifamily properties at the age of 16.  Wouldn't it be great to have even 5 rental units fully paid off?  Assuming the average rent is $1,000 per month; that would equate to $5,000 per month of free and clear cash-flow in to our pockets.
