Having an attitude of gratitude has helped me in more ways than one and every day, is just something to be thankful for. In the midst of all the challenges we face each day, it is so easy to lose sight of the blessings we have. I know that feeling so intimately but at the same time, I choose to see what goodness there is around me despite of the bad. I relate to misery and despair but I also know kindness and opportunities for gratitude abound.
