For this week's somatic session, I had the honor of being coached by Crystal Haitsma. Crystal is a Parenting Coach but as you will learn in this episode, her journey as a human has led her to this beautiful somatic work where we accessed the wisdom of the Inner Child.
I thought the session was going to be more about adult me comforting the younger me so I was surprised and delighted to discover my inner child had a lot of wisdom to offer me now.
This was a gentle and touching session and I hope it gives you some tools to access your inner child and the wisdom yours has for you.
