Episode 56: MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS

In this episode, we brought back Aaris, previously introduced as DJ Showtyme, to discuss mental health. We discuss the importance of being aware of your mental health and realizing that you might need some extra help. Most of us grew up not having a space to freely talk about our thoughts and that is what therapy provides; a free space and the healing of traumas.

Aaris also shares when he realized it was time to seek therapy and how the suicide hotline allowed him to be with us today.
