I created this podcast to find like-minded people with some of the same struggles or even people who are elevating there lives. I want to create dialogue, vent, build and try to find peace. rather it is ADD, ADHD, AUTISM or any other developmental and mental health condition, we can not cope with it, we must learn how to get better in our conditions and not settle for the shortcomings.
