Coaching is a saturated market, right?! And what's the point, when everyone else is doing it all SO much better than you?!
Comparisonitis is a real thing. I still suffer from it now and again - nobody is immune.
How you manage this though will be the difference between making it as a Coach and throwing in the towel.
