Welcome back! Last episode we talked about archetypes and this week, we're diving into spirit guides! Do you believe they're real? Who/What do you most connect with and how to they guide you? Did you know spirit guides help to guide (obviously), aid in our spiritual awakening, help us to evolve, grant us generosity, wisdom, and often clarity? Sometimes it just requires a little intuitive listening! Some may even help us to embrace our sexuality (but we'll talk about that more in this episode!) We'll touch on the types of guides - like plants, ancestors, deities, ascended masters (like Jesus and Buddha), and several different ways we connect with them. Enjoy!
