Welcome to the podcast: focus on solutions! This podcast is meant for a deeper understanding of the solution focused material in therapy that I studied at Korzybski. We can call it the Bruges model. I will interview teachers, writers, therapists, psychiatrists and students. I hope it inspires you as much as it inspires me!

Psychological first aid: training non-professionals to recognise and support traumatized persons

This episode is how to recognize and give help to a person who just got traumatized. I talk wit Barbara Pelkmann and Nadine Lyamouri Bajja about the differences between a traumatized person that is overactivated (hyperarousal) or underactivated (hypoarousal) and what you can do for those people as a non-professional.

If you like this episode, please give it a score and tell it further to others. That would mean a lot to me!
