Ep005 - Jay Munoz - From Colombia to Author, Trainer & Multi Million Pound Property Developer.
In this our fifth episode, we speak to the absolute gentleman that is Jay Munoz. Born and raised in Columbia, Jay talks to us about his journey as a youngster, how he was inspired and encouraged by his parents and how he came to the UK to pursue his career and dreams. Jay tells us the story and difficulties of coming to a country with no knowledge of the language, and challenging for the top jobs when being the underdog.
This is a story of perseverance, of a man who had a clear objective but was prepared to change direction as and when he needed to. Jay is a man who firmly believes in helping to raise others around him in any way possible. He talks about his growing property training academy Assets for Life which was co-founded with Liam Ryan. He tells us all about how he loves to see the success of his trainees and we also chat in depth about Jay's idea of success and how he loves to give back, particularly helping out in his home country of Columbia.
