He talks openly about rejection, struggling to get into the first teams and how he had to overcome being quite a bit smaller in size. Kem talks about how his hard work, determination and at times aggression got him his breakthrough and saw him play over 470 games for Colchester United. Kem tells us all about the transition from pro football into managing at non league and also about his goals of management for the future.
