En: October leaves swirled outside the windows of a Moscow office, where employees were gathering for a Halloween party.

Ru: Коридоры были украшены паутиной, вырезанными тыквами и гирляндами тусклых огней.
En: The hallways were decorated with cobwebs, carved pumpkins, and strings of dim lights.

Ru: Атмосфера напоминала фильмы ужасов, которые так любил Николай, айтишник из третьего этажа.
En: The atmosphere resembled the horror movies that Nikolai, the IT specialist from the third floor, loved so much.

Ru: Николай был застенчивым молодым человеком с добрым сердцем.
En: Nikolai was a shy young man with a kind heart.

Ru: Он надел костюм, вдохновленный редким фильмом ужасов, надеясь встретить кого-то с такими же увлечениями.
