En: One cool autumn day, anticipation filled the local school.

Ru: Каждый уголок что-то говорил о скором приближении Хэллоуина.
En: Every corner spoke of the imminent approach of Halloween.

Ru: Листья кружились на ветру, а коридоры школы были украшены тыквами и бумажными летучими мышами.
En: Leaves swirled in the wind, and the school corridors were decorated with pumpkins and paper bats.

Ru: В воздухе витал запах привидений и предвкушение праздника.
En: The air was filled with the scent of ghosts and the anticipation of the holiday.
