En: It was a cool, autumn day in Warszawie when Magda headed to her school for a parent-teacher meeting.

Pl: Magda była nauczycielką literatury w liceum i często zastanawiała się, czy jej praca ma znaczenie.
En: Magda was a literature teacher at a high school and often wondered if her work was meaningful.

Pl: Uwielbiała książki i chciała, by jej uczniowie też je pokochali.
