TOEFL, IELTS, GRE and the College Essay - I began these recordings with a friend who asked me about idioms for IELTS Speaking. However, idioms include many common collocations native speakers use naturally in random contexts that, if learned verbatim, become very hard to replicate in spontaneous speech. We went through test questions in turn each giving our answers. Do the same for your practice: audio record yourself and listen back to your answer. When you listen back, take note of your speed, word choice, verb tense, pronunciation and overall fluency. With time, you will see improvement!
