10 MIN YIN YOGA + AFFIRMATIONS || Meditative Stretch & Release

This 10 min Yin Yoga session combines shorter holds with positive Affirmations to create a meditative practice. It can help you to relax and reconnect with yourself, and to release stress and tension from your body. This deep restorative yin yoga practice for feeling good includes the postures: spinal twist, reclined pigeon, melting heart, shoulder stretch, criss cross stretch and prone savasana. With variations suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. Day 5 ✨ 10 Days, 10 Minutes. Along this theme, I invite you to practice Yoga with me for the first 10 days of the new year. Each day, there will be a new 10-minute Yoga video to practice along. The sessions comprise a good mix of different yoga styles, such as vinyasa, yoga workouts, and yin. This way, you can start the new year right – and maybe even develop a new habit that will improve your physical and mental health in the long run. I'd be grateful if you let me guide you through your practice.
