من القرن 19 الى اليوم، نحكيلكم على كيفاش التزام تونس باستخلاص ديونها واقع مُتغيّر الأبعاد.
Dans chaque mythe, il y a du vrai et du faux.
Celui qui consiste à dire que la "Tunisie a toujours honoré ses dettes" ne manque pas à la règle.
C'est une réalité pour le moins contestable et qui varie en fonction du rapport de forces créditeur/endetté.
