Hi friends! Last week I decided I wanted to change my life YET AGAIN, so I took to ChatGPT and told it to make me a new workout plan. I filmed (almost) everyday this week with what workouts I did and the thoughts they inspired. This was a really fun challenge for me, and I hope you enjoy and maybe get some inspiration from the workouts, takeaways, or maybe both!! Happy listening!!
