
In today's episode I take all that I have learned from my interviews and experience with perimenopause so far and condense it into 6 steps that you can take to start feeling better now.
Chicken Wing Recipe:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Pat dry the chicken wings and toss around in the bowl to ensure that they are evenly covered in seasoning. Arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 50 minutes flipping the wings over halfway through baking. Remove from oven when both sides are crispy and enjoy!
