developer of the D.R.E.A.M. Method, a holistic approach to optimizing sleep and well-being. She is also a founder of the Portland Menopause Collective, a diverse group
of women physicians from multiple specialties, united in their commitment to empowering women and healthcare professionals through education, collaboration, and
