Fad diets. We have heard of them and they come in many different forms and the have been repeated over and over throughout history. Don't fall for it. We want to get healthier and lose weight so we can avoid high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity , stroke, heart attack, diabetes, live longer, feel better, look better and have more energy through our day. The biggest mistake you can make is trying or starting a fad diet. The key is to change your lifestyle and focus on good nutrition so you can sustain it for the rest of your life. Weight loss int always easy so following a fad diet is going to complicate it and leave you stuck in a rut. I am going to teach you how to do it without a fad diet and how to watch out for the red flags so you don't get caught up in the madness.
