He's an entrepreneur, and he's experienced a lot in his time already, although he is still young and full of life. This is so common, but we have to understand that there won't be results unless we have patience and consistency, over a long period of time. That patience and consistency comes with takin hour failures as lessons , and looking at the failure as another opportunity to gain knowledge and use that knowledge in the future, to become successful.
