
We all have bad habits that we want to get rid of, and we also have good habits we would like to develop. If we don't start working on the right habits then we just won't make any progress and we cannot move to the next place in life we're trying to get. How is this done? Should we wake up and start BIG ? The goal os it do it in a way thats realistic and do it in a way that we can stick with it for life. Long term permanent changes is what we're looking for.
