Whats the key to true happiness? We all have goals. We have fitness goals, life goals and many other goals. Should we wait to celebrate until we reach our goals or should we celebrate during the whole process? What happens when we reach these goals? Its exciting and its a great moment in life, but what happens when these feelings of joy and excitement start to fade away over time. How do we continue to stay motivated and work self discipline? We have to learn to be happy with what we have right now in the current moment. Its time to be happy NOW, regardless of where we're at in the process. Working out and staying healthy definitely has to be the foundation of everything when it comes to being happy and enjoying life.
