It's a topic i'm fascinated with; how to adopt the elite athlete mindset. That is to say; how to approach training like a pro. We may not be able to match the top level athletes physiologically but mindset is something that anyone, at any level, can cultivate until it is so strong that no set back will stop them from their ultimate goal. This week I talked to Sam about his approach to training, his history in running and triathlon, the mindsets and sessions of some of the best athletes he has trained with and what we thing sets elite athletes apart and how we can learn from it.
