To understand weight loss we need to understand weight gain and for that we need to first understand that it is the consequence of a lifestyle which was unconscious and toxic and was not even considered for a long time. Now when body image issues starts biting,one asks for a magic pill to fit into society’s defination of beauty. if it’s Acne Or facial hair, cellulose Or early ageing, we women consider these as a part of us and start to hate all these. eventually ourselves. But what if I tell you these are all are fixable and so your weight gain?
Little ignored habits like  lack of hydration, lack of sleep, lack of movement and even lack of positivity in your daily life can actually make u feel that you’re God’s worst child.
