Women’s Health and Pregnancy – common problems
This is the first in a series of four podcasts that will be looking at women’s health and pregnancy. This episode covers common problems such as pelvic pain (PGP / pelvic girdle pain, SPD / symphysis pubis dysfunction) sleep troubles, and incontinence. These are issues that affect many women and are not only related to pregnancy. There is also a great piece of advice for pregnant women who are struggling to get in and out of a car – all you need is a plastic bag at the ready. Sam Wilde who is Pure Sports Medicine’s deputy clinical director hosts the podcast. Sam has been speaking to Suzy Veitch and Ellie McKay.
