This is the second in a series of four podcasts that will be looking at women’s health and pregnancy.
This episode looks at something patients often ask us about - can they exercise whilst pregnant, and what and how much should they doing?
The podcast has advice for those who already exercise a lot and also tips for those to whom exercise is not always a priority!
It also looks at the risk of miscarriage, the exercises and sports to avoid, and the benefit of some kind of exercise right though to the point of delivery.
