Did you start the new year off, like so many people do, excited and motivated to eat healthier and workout?
If you're struggling to make your fitness and nutrition a priority this year, you're not alone. Many of us get caught up in the busyness of life and either forget to or don’t know how to take care of our body.
Now, here we are already nearing the end of February, and I have to ask…

For most people who set New Year’s goals, resolutions or intentions, the excitement and motivation fades and the struggle to show up consistently get’s real.
