
Loving yourself and understanding the value of struggle are probably two of the most powerful concepts I learned working with people and on myself. Yes, no one is perfect and I am the perfect example of that. Learning to approach fat loss, health pursuit, or any other body composition change, should come from love. Pursuing the destination is far more rewarding than just getting to the destination itself. Learn to apply those two and you will see massive growth. Guaranteed!
