Breathe Work Meditation For Releasing Stress and Anxious Thoughts
This is a quick meditation to bring in some positivity and release all the stress and anxiety. 8 Quick rapid breaths in nose, 8 quick rapid breaths out the nose followed by 4, 7, 8 breathing. Inhaling through the nose for 4, holding breathe for 7, exhale through the mouth for 8. Do not practicing any of these breathing techniques while driving or if you’re pregnant.
