As in many of previous episodes, we constantly keep reminding our listeners that the only way to really find out what foods are best for your body, a "BLOOD-TEST" executed by e reputable Lab and a Professional explaining the results is something everybody should be doing at least once in their lifetime.

If you are serious about your body, your only home, your temple, your everything, then this episode will explain in short how to go about it, how little it takes to get it started and with the help of Dr. McAllister, we do our best and explain how it works.

In this 2-part series, we are using a client of ours, called "Project-X" who is willing to share his results with our listeners and have Dr. McAllister interpret the Lab Test to its fullest.
