In this month’s Fiskerikajen Update, we’re celebrating the season’s best seafood, including brill, thornback ray, and the incredibly delicious fjord shrimps.

We’ll also discuss one of the season’s absolute stars—rope-grown mussels from the Limfjord—with legendary Limfjord expert Johs Jensen. Finally, we’ll speak with Simon from Dansk Tang, who will share insights about the seaweed currently being harvested.
