Pablo Torre (via his show "Pablo Torre Finds Out") has uncovered a potentially massive scandal, including an alleged secret deal between Steve Ballmer's Los Angeles Clippers and Kawhi Leonard for the purpose of circumventing the NBA's collective bargaining agreement.
