Hola! In this episode I was joined by Jose Rosario from The Phoenix Empowered. Jose is as a mental health practitioner and storyteller and in this episode we discuss the importance of community, authenticity, and self-belief. Jose, like all of us, holds many identities that makes him who he is - navigating the world as a queer, disabled Latinx individual he also shares with us how although these identities have played important roles in his life, he has learned to also fully integrate them to take up space as himself. I truly enjoyed this conversation with him and I think you will too!
Let me know what resonated from this episode and what question you would have asked Jose!
