Hola prim@s! Have you ever had someone try to empower you or help you through something without really knowing you or the factors that surround what you're going through?
As FirstGens I think that it is important that the support and encouragement we receive is rooted in our reality otherwise it feels disconnected from us and this conversation talks about just that. In this part two with Jose, he shares with us the Radical Healing framework, it not only informs how he shows up as a therapist but also the work he does through The Phoenix Empowered.
Let me know what resonated from this episode and what question you would have asked Jose!
