Get to Know Michael: Michael Lemus (He/Him/His) is the Founder and CEO of Reclaiming Your Happiness with Lemus LLC, a dynamic platform dedicated to uplifting voices, reclaiming joy, and helping people align with their truest goals and values.
As a proud bisexual Latino and first-generation college graduate, Michael leads with lived experience, bringing raw honesty and deep heart into every conversation, workshop, and piece of content. His work lives at the intersection of civic engagement, LGBTQ+ empowerment, first-gen narratives, healing, spirituality, and using content creation as a powerful tool for liberation. Michael is also the visionary behind Scholars of Color, a movement that celebrates and elevates the brilliance of scholars of color, carving out space where their voices aren’t just heard, but centered.
With a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Higher Education, and an unshakable mission to help others rise. Michael invites us all to live with joy, self-awareness, and unapologetic purpose!
