What comes to mind when you hear the word “church?” First Church isn’t a club or a social clique. We’re more than an entertainment venue or a mere religious tradition. At First Church, we’re a community of Jesus’ followers who believe God has placed us where we are to change the 918 and beyond. Our mission is simple: to love Jesus and love like Jesus. For us to keep carrying out our mission, we regularly take time to celebrate what God is doing and reaffirm His greater purpose for our lives.
