EP04 Jamuna Amara - Personal Identity in a Cross-Cultural World
Guided by her grand parents who taught her about the natural world, its medicine and spirit, Jamuna set on her spiritual journey at a young age. At 13 she was introduced to yoga and meditation and at 18 she was formerly initiated into the ancient lineage of Sri Rupa Goswami of the Gaudiya Sampradaya. Growing up under the guidance of her Spritual Teachers supported Jamuna in her personal healing journey and finding her path within. In her personal time, Jamuna facilitates spiritual retreats and in her professional capacity she co-creates brave spaces and community rituals for the League of Intrapreneurs community. Leading Fellowship programs and developing Learning Pathways for Intrapreneurs. Her work connects networks and communities and creates a safe container for vulnerable conversations required for a meaningful systemic change. Being initiated in the ancient lineage of Sri Rupa Goswami, Jamuna is a lifelong practitioner of Sanatan Dharma and an advocate of the Divine Vedic Feminine path, where she found her medicine. Jamuna’s projects include the advancement of intrapreneurship with The League of Intrapreneurs, promotion of art and community with the Gallery of Arts GaP, Equity, Diversity & Belonging, Re-wilding the British countryside and she is a trustee of the ahimsa charity Save the Cows, promoting animal welfare, sanatan dharma and wellbeing.
