Wir sprechen über einen juristischen Leckerbissen und politischen Zankapfel: die Haftungsregelungen in den §§ 32 c und d des Wertpapierhandelsgesetzes. Mit dem Zukunftsfinanzierungsgesetz wollte die Bundesregierung Wettbewerbsnachteile zu Lasten der deutschen Crowdlender beseitigen. Auf dem Weg zum Regierungsentwurf hat sie jedoch der Mut verlassen. Warum? Das weiß kein Mensch. Eine hochqualifizierte Runde spürt der Antwort nach, diskutiert die aktuelle Rechtslage, die Vorschläge der Bundesregierung und alternative Lösungsansätze.
