The Career I Didn't Choose: From President to Depression and Finding Myself Again

Almost 15 years ago a dark place brought me to newfound understandings of what I needed to do in order to find my roots, listen to my body and heart, lean into freedom, bliss and learning to listen to my intuition.

Language isn't really what allows us to communicate.

We are sure reliant on our sense and we can be very judgmental as beings, but we can all understand and connect with resonance.

When we replace curiosity with judgement we lean deeper into compassion.

What happens when we slow down? Are we more likely to call in the support we need next?

It can be really detrimental to our growth if we ditch humanity and try to do it all on our own.

The major themes I bring forward: How do we replace judgement with curiosity? And how will that serve the world?
